MTI Junior shows run approximately 75 minutes, and are perfect for our MYP performers! Check out the Honk Jr. page on the MTI Website for character lists, synopsis, and more info!

Where?

Maryville Young Players takes place at the Ron Houston Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. See a map!

When?

Our 2017 camp will begin May 23rd and run through June 11th. Performances will be June 10-11. Campers will attend every weekday, either from 1:15pm - 3:15pm or 3:30pm - 5:30p.m., depending on cast assignment. Visit our calendar page for all of the 2017 dates.

Why?

MYP helps young people from around the northwest Missouri region develop an appreciation for the performing arts by teaching the fundamentals of musical theater. Why is that important? Google "music brain development" and you'll get a glimpse of why we do what we do. Oh, and it's a LOT of fun!
