Maryville Young Performers (MYP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of young people through the performing arts in Maryville, Missouri, and the greater Northwest Missouri region. We offer a unique and intensive summer program where students in grades 2-9 can experience the magic of musical theater by performing in a Broadway Junior show, culminating in full-scale productions in just a few weeks. MYP also presents Second Stage, a community theater experience featuring full-length Broadway shows and open to all ages and experience levels. While our primary focus is serving the Maryville area and the surrounding region, we welcome participants from all locations. We believe in the transformative power of the arts, fostering essential life skills while creating unforgettable memories. Thanks to the generous support of our community, MYP strives to make participation accessible to all, regardless of financial means.
